Performance & Integrity
From an exchange student in the U.S. in 1996 to a nationally certified strength and conditioning expert, József “Yo-Yo” Szendrei has built a lifelong career around elite sports performance training. As the Owner and Coach at Gym Integrity, József is driven by a deep passion for maximizing human potential through discipline, structure, and science-based methods.
A native of Hungary, József began his U.S. academic and athletic journey at Northeastern Junior College before earning his degree from the University of Oklahoma.
