With over two decades of hands-on experience in sports injury prevention, rehabilitation, and athlete care, Natasha Szendrei brings a vital clinical edge to the performance training programs at Gym Integrity. As a board-certified athletic trainer and co-owner of the gym, Natasha combines deep medical knowledge with a passion for empowering athletes to recover, rebuild, and reach peak performance.
Natasha began her journey in sports medicine in 1998 as a high school student athletic trainer. She went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in Health and Sports Sciences from the University of Oklahoma, followed by a Master of Athletic Training (MAT) from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. In 2009, she earned her Board Certification from the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), solidifying her role as a highly qualified sports medicine professional.
Over the years, Natasha has worked across a wide variety of sports, including football, basketball, tennis, gymnastics, wrestling, volleyball, softball, soccer, and track and field. Her expertise spans injury evaluation, rehabilitation protocol development, and therapeutic modality application, allowing her to tailor recovery and prevention programs that help athletes return to play stronger and smarter.

At home, Natasha shares her love for health and sports with her husband, József Szendrei (Coach Yo-Yo), and their two children, József Milan and Gael Marie.
